Calgary Courts Centre houses both King's Bench and Court of Justice family matters. Dispute Resolution Officer (DRO) program is mandatory for many King's Bench family applications — a senior lawyer attempts resolution before a contested chambers hearing. Allow 2-3 months from filing to DRO appearance.
