Local practice notes

Vancouver is the busiest BC Supreme Court family registry. Family Law Act matters (parenting, support without divorce) go to Provincial Court at 222 Main Street instead. A Judicial Case Conference (JCC) is required before contested applications can be heard — typically scheduled 6-10 weeks out.
