Family files can include children, finances, medical records, abuse allegations, and private communications. Litigent is designed around tenant isolation, encryption, minimized collection, and user-controlled export/deletion.
AI accuracy and citations
Legal and procedural outputs should be grounded in jurisdiction-aware sources such as statutes, rules, court resources, legal aid material, and CanLII where appropriate.
Family violence safety
Shared devices, monitored communications, and coercive control change the threat model. Litigent treats safe notifications, privacy mode, and user-controlled records as product requirements.
